Why I Joined TestBox: A New Chapter in the Future of Demo Automation

I’m excited to share that I’ve joined TestBox as Chief Product and Technology Officer.

Throughout my career, I’ve been focused on solving painful inefficiencies in the sales cycle. From being on the front line of Solutions Teams, to founding Avnio to modernize the RFP and Response Management process. The common thread in my career has been to help buyers and sellers understand each other faster, with less friction, and more trust.

That’s why TestBox was the perfect next chapter for me.

We ask enterprise buyers to make five, six, or seven figure software decisions based on a couple of videos, static demos and some hopeful slide decks. That process is broken and it’s risky. TestBox is flipping the model. Instead of a pitch, we offer proof. Instead of hours of manual effort to spin up demos and POCs, we automate the whole experience. We do it all with live product and real data and AI simulation.

Why TestBox and why now?

TestBox’s data-first foundation was the unlock. Unlike “traditional” demo tools, it doesn’t just show product features, it populates real products with rich, realistic data and workflows, giving buyers an authentic experience of how a solution actually performs.

It’s like giving prospects access to your best customer’s account, but without the security risks.

That’s a game-changer! It’s what makes TestBox uniquely positioned to lead this next phase of demo automation. Especially as AI becomes central to how software is bought and sold.

The untapped opportunity in demo automation

Solutions teams spend far too much time creating bespoke demo environments and POCs that never scale. Buyers spend months evaluating solutions they can’t even test properly. There’s massive inefficiency on both sides and the stakes are only getting higher.

The biggest untapped opportunity is building intelligent, dynamic demo experiences that mirror the real customer journey. Automated, data-rich, and smart enough to adapt to seller and buyer needs.

That’s where I believe TestBox will lead: giving Solutions teams the tools to scale their magic, and giving buyers the transparency they’ve been asking for all along.

What’s next?

As I step into this role, my focus is on accelerating our product and AI strategy to make demo automation smarter, faster, and more deeply embedded in how companies go to market.

That starts with building a suite of AI agents to support demo creation, buying, selling and even implementation. These are AI-powered assistants designed to eliminate friction across the entire evaluation journey. From guiding buyers through hands-on experiences to helping sellers prioritize the right plays, and simplifying the path to implementation. These Agents will form the connective tissue of the TestBox experience.
